Company History
Aluminium Industries opened in 1996 in Cheltenham, Victoria. The company initially provided sourcing services for small to medium end users of extruded products. The company has always focussed on developing into a total solutions supplier with particular emphasis on value adding processes for our customers. From rudimentary cutting, finishing and packaging services, the company now has significant fabrication and finishing resources based in Melbourne.
From commodity through components to end packaged products, Ai is committed to an ongoing investment in technology, local manufacture and fabrication. Significant investment will continue to be made in CNC, materials handling and process equipment to ensure that we supply a world competitive local supply option.
In November 2011, Ai will relocate to our new purpose built facilities in Dandenong South. In addition to our existing 3000m2 powdercoat facility, a new fabrication and warehouse facility of approx 8000m2 will house production equipment including our new U-Max Thermal break process line, Pivotech systems and trade sales.

Our Joint venture facility, Licheng Aluminium Fabrication Ltd, in Gaungzhou China is a great launch pad for Australian companies wishing to access the lucrative Chinese or European markets.
Our local facilities include design, CNC, fabrication, finishing, warehousing and distribution facilities, whilst in China we provide CNC, Fabrication and machining of complex extrusions packaging and assembly.
Licheng lists Nokia, Apple and Motorola in its client list and we offer a full co-ordination service from our Melbourne office to local customers wishing to access aluminium extrusion and fabrication in this region. Email us here for more information
